When the body does not feel fresh, weak and rigid. This is the impact for the sport less. It means, there are poisonous substances in our body or substances that are not useful. Therefore, we need to trick our body as often as possible to remove the poison in the form of perspiration.
There are differences in the body that is not moving and moving. For example is, by walking several minutes each day. Your body will feel more light, tasty.
